Shipping Methods

USPS Delivery Note: If you select a USPS delivery method, please allow up to 15 days for delivery. It is not uncommon for the United States Postal Service to have extended delays in delivery service.

All products shipped by Warehouse Select are shipped F.O.B., point of delivery, with risk of loss transferring to you, the customer, upon tender of goods. If a request made by you causes a shipment delay, or if Warehouse Select ships or delivers the products erroneously as a result of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied, storage and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by customer.

 

Delivery Address Change

Please be advised that there is a fee incurred for address changes once an order is processed. Please enter the correct delivery address as you are entering your order. If a change does need to be made after the order is placed and is possible to be accomplished a $15 Ground / $35 LTL delivery address change fee will be charged.

 

Shipping Rates

All rates charged by Warehouse Select are based on freight tables from the respective freight carrier. Each item is weighed, and then cataloged into our online store for real-time shipping cost calculations. If you do not specify a preferred freight vendor for your order, the default will be FedEx.  

We reserve the right to change the shipping method as long as it offers an equal or better delivery service based upon delivery days. If you need a day and time specific delivery please note this in the comments section upon check-out and we will make every attempt to cater to your request. 

 

Tracking Information

Shipments sent via UPS, USPS & FedEx will receive tracking information to the email address on the order. You will usually get the tracking info 12-24 hours after the item has shipped. Due to this, please wait 1 FULL business day after placement of order prior to calling regarding tracking information.

 

Miss-Picks

Please inspect your order within 3 days of arrival to insure proper items & quantities. Should anything arise please contact us immediately either via an online form, or by calling our support line. You hereby agree that such (3) day period is a reasonable amount of time for such inspection. After such (3) day period, you shall be deemed to have irrevocably accepted any products not previously rejected.

 

Timeliness Policy

We attempt to ship every order as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee any delivery times.  When available, a notification of backorders and out of stock items will be sent via email. Please do not schedule a designer, plumber or other professional until you have your products in hand. Ordering an expedited shipping method does not guarantee delivery time. 

Product Availabilities are an estimate and are dependent on the manufacturer. Warehouse Select is not liable for manufacturing delays.

 

Signature Required Service Request

Signature required service is available upon request at no additional charge. If you are uncomfortable with your order being left outside the delivery address please select this service. Warehouse Select leaves this decision up to the customer. Warehouse Select will not be held liable for stolen packages if customer opts out of this service. If you are placing your order online, please be sure to check the box labeled "Signature Required". If ordering over the phone, please inform the support rep that you would like to mark your order Signature Required. Please note that an adult that is 18 years or older will need to sign for your delivery. We recommend the owner of the order be present so they can inspect the delivery for any possible shipping damage immediately.  Please be advised that Warehouse Select may elect to add this service to certain types of orders based on content or value unless specific instructions are given to opt out of the service.

 

Shipping Outside United States of America

Warehouse Select typically does not ship outside the United States. In the event Warehouse Select does approve to ship an order outside the United States the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The customer will also be responsible for any taxes, tariffs & duties involved in shipping the order. Orders that ship to addresses outside of the continental 48 states ship via USPS and may take up to 60 days to reach the delivery address. Due to this, no refund or replacement order will be issued for missing/lost orders until 60 days from the order ship date have past.

 

Backorder Shipping Policy

Warehouse Select reserves the right to ship backorder items by any means available.

 

Partial Order Shipping Policy

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are held for one full shipment. Additional charges are necessary to receive multiple shipments on one order.

 

LTL Shipments

The LTL Company will call you to schedule a date and time for delivery. If you should not appear for your scheduled delivery you will be responsible for any shipping fees that may result.

If you are unable to accept delivery of your LTL shipment it is possible for the LTL Company to temporarily store your order. It is highly advised that you make immediate arrangements for the delivery of your order. LTL storage is not negotiated prior to delivery and additional fees will be incurred due to this. Warehouse Select will provide you a quote with the fees associated with this service and you will be billed.

Please inspect your order for damage before accepting/signing. If you find the outside packaging to be damaged, please be sure to note the delivery receipt with description of damage. Please make note of this in the presence of the delivery driver. Please contact us ASAP for further instruction. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that you have the right to open the carton, inspect the damage and note the damage on the delivery receipt. This would be done in the presence of delivery driver.  The external damage to the carton must be more that small scratches, dents or other marks on the carton that happen during normal transportation.

 

Free Super-Saver Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please note that if you need your order by a certain deadline it is recommended that you add an expedited shipping charge to your order. Orders that ship free of charge are given lower priority to orders that have paid shipping and may take up to 7 business days to fulfill.

Free Super Saver Shipping on Orders Shippable by FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground or USPS $149.99+

Free ground shipping (FedEx or USPS) is available for online orders of at least $149.99 that go to a single U.S. address. This offer applies to U.S. ground delivery only. Maximum weight of any one piece, or the entire order, cannot exceed 150 lbs. on orders under $999. Orders containing a combination of eligible and non-eligible items will be charged shipping for only the non-eligible items.

Free Super Saver Oversized Freight (LTL) Shipping on Orders Requiring Delivery By One of our Various Trucking Companies $999+

Free LTL shipping is available for online orders of at least $999 that go to a single U.S. address. This offer applies to U.S. delivery only. All orders not reaching this threshold will be charged for LTL delivery.  Please note that additional charges may apply for items such as rural delivery, urban/congested area delivery, special handling.  If so, a support rep will contact you to inform of the additional charge prior to authorizing shipment. Items that must ship LTL will be noted on the item detail page. Orders containing a combination of eligible and non-eligible items will be charged shipping for only the non-eligible items. Free shipping applies only if you agree that the entire order will be shipped at once. Split shipment deliveries will incur additional charges. Standard LTL curbside delivery is the general service level applied to our shipments.  For additional or special services additional fees will be applied to the shipping and charged to the order.

Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping Offer:

Cannot be applied to previous purchases. Applies to shipments within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). For customers outside the contiguous U.S. (48 states) we will still try to offer a cost savings. Please place your order online, make a note in the comments box, or contact our support line. Orders will be held for full shipment. Multiple shipments may be made only upon request & management approval. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special quotation or discount offers. Charges for Rural, Urban/Congested Area, Lift-Gate, Special Delivery, Saturday Delivery or any other additional special service requested will be at an additional fee to the customer. Please note that free shipping may take longer than standard delivery. Orders that ship free of charge take on average 2 - 7 business days to fulfill.  Please note that paying for shipping or adding a "Red Hot Rush" will increase the priority of the shipment.
